Works to Crime Reduction Initiative building
The customer was having the entire building renovated to up-market
offices and also wanted the lift to have a more modern look along with
all safety and DDA features and of course to be reliable.
We replaced all of the control equipment along with shaft switches,
wiring, position equipment, landing and car buttons. We also removed
all of the landing doors and architraves and replaced for new versions
of the same.
We completely re-fitted the lift interior with a mix of opti-white
glass and satin stainless steel, along with a new ceiling with halogen
down lighters. The result was a very sleek and stylish lift interior
with complete DDA compliance and great reliability.
The customer was extremely happy and in fact has recommended us for
further work after we completed this project.
