An Introduction At JDR Lift Services, not only do
we install and repair lifts, but we offer an exclusive Breakdown
service and Planned Preventative Maintenance package to ensure your
piece of mind at all times. Being experienced in dealing with a huge
range of lift manufacturers, you can be sure we can look after your
company's needs whatever the requirements.
(PPM) Planned Preventative Maintenance
We can offer maintenance contracts to all types of lifts including
passenger lifts, goods lifts, Goods hoists, stair lifts and platform
lifts. Our maintenance schedules are tailored to meet the requirements
of your installation.
We offer 3 types of contracts, these are as follows:
A type: Includes all maintenance activities, lubrication,
adjustment, cleaning and safety checks.
B type: As above as well as all breakdown calls attended during
normal working hours that can be corrected by adjustment.
C type: All of the above as well as all breakdown calls attended
during normal working hours inclusive of labour and parts.
Repairs
We offer a wide range of repairs on all types of lifts - some
examples are: LG1 Testing, Panel renewal, Re-wire, telephone systems,
electronic detector edges, barriers, guarding, standbys and many more.
We also offer DDA upgrades to meet the requirements of EN81-70, please

Breakdown Service
We offer a 24 hour a day 365 days per year breakdown service. Our
engineers will usually respond to an out of hours call within 2 to 3
hours. We do not charge a call out fee, you will only be charged for
the time spent to repair your lift.
Once a call has been logged with the office the engineer attending
will telephone to pass on details of their estimated time of arrival.

Otis, Kone, Express, Pickerings, Hammond & Champness, Schindler,
Shorts, Stannah, Thyssen, passenger lifts, goods lifts, goods hoists,
