Planned preventative maintenance contracts are the most cost
effective way of ensuring that your lift’s longevity, safety and
efficiency. Our engineers will visit site on pre-agreed dates and
carry out running checks and servicing and spot any problems before
they cause a breakdown.
We offer a free no obligation survey to determine the type of lift
maintenance package that suits your needs. We are confident that we
will not be beaten on price.
We currently maintain lifts for various companies including HSBC,
Volkswagen, NHS, North West Kent Colleges, Islington Council, Colorama,
Regal Care Homes, De Vere hotels and many more private and commercial
customers
We can offer lift maintenance agreements on all types and makes of
lifts including: Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts, Platform Lifts, Stair
lifts, Wheelchair lifts, Dumbwaiters. We can also maintain lifts from
other manufacturers including:
Otis, Kone, Express, Pickerings, Hammond & Champness, Schindler,
Shorts, Stannah, Thyssen, Curti, Orona, and many more.
JDR Lift Services Ltd offer 3 Standard contract types A,B and C,
however we can also provide bespoke agreements to suit the customer
needs.
Our highly competitive Lift Maintenance agreements include:
*A Standard Contracts:
- Pre-agreed number of lift maintenance visits
- Lift Breakdowns and repairs are charged extra
- 24 hour service (chargeable)
*B Intermediate Contract:
- Pre-agreed number of lift maintenance visits
- Lift callout labour charges in normal working hours (08.00 to
17.00)
- Travel charges to and from site in normal working (08.00 to
17.00)
- In the event of parts being required, the cost of parts and
labour will be chargeable.
- 24 hour service (chargeable)
*C Comprehensive:
- Pre-agreed number of Lift maintenance visits
- Callout labour charges in normal working hours (08.00 to 17.00)
- Inclusive parts
- Travel charges to site
- 24 Hour service (chargeable)
Service and Product key features:
- Nationwide lift servicing and repairs including a dedicated 24
hour lift breakdown response.
- Tracked vehicle system to enable fast response of emergency
callouts
- Fully equipped engineers with PDA system with a paperless system
that will up date our database immediately after the job is
complete. Our engineers will wear full confirm and carry I.D cards
- We have a wide networking list and have excellent technical
support for all makes of lifts
